WealthLogix makes presentation software built only for indexed universal life and fixed indexed annuity conversations. After a large educational webinar with Tom Hegna, they needed every attendee and every no-show followed up, from a CRM account that had never sent an email campaign before. ElevAIte built the follow-up, and the attended lane averaged a 34.9% open rate and a 12.0% click rate across 903 sends.

What we built

  1. The main website for WealthLogix, with a demo request form wired to two CRMs.
  2. Webinar and demo landing pages, and a review hub holding the brand kit, positioning research, competitive analysis and a 90-day plan.
  3. Six CRM workflows and 22 templates for the webinar follow-up, split into three cadences: people who attended, people who registered but missed it, and people who opted in afterward.
  4. A 42-point verification pass on the build before anything sent, so no contact got the wrong lane or a broken link.

The strongest single email, a plain thank-you for attending, opened at 56.4% with a 16.8% click rate. Spam complaints were zero across the attended lane, and unsubscribes ran zero to one per email.

What we learned, and built back in

Subjects that led with a figure were the two weakest in the lane, so the next cadence leads with plain curiosity. The one email sent in a different person's name opened about 12 points below the usual sender's average, so every later email kept one sender. Clicks barely moved whatever the open rate did, which said the email bodies were working and the subject line was the lever worth testing.

That is the loop we run on every account: send, read the step stats, and change the next send because of them.
