V2 runs BaseCamp, a free 10-week, mentor-led cohort that teaches Medicare and health agents how to add annuities to the book they already have. Seats are capped at ten per class, so the job was not volume; it was getting the right agents to apply and keeping the rest warm until the next cohort. ElevAIte built the whole path from the ad to the application.

What we built
- The BaseCamp recruiting site, written against V2's own marketing guidelines, with the syllabus, the mentor and the seat count up front.
- An application form wired into the CRM with nine custom fields and the program's consent language.
- An ad landing page at a dedicated register address for paid and email traffic, with source tracking on every campaign link.
- A nine-email nurture with SMS for people who consented, and an automatic exit the moment someone applies.
How we checked it
Before launch we fired test submissions with a deliberately different value in every field, read each contact back out of the CRM, and compared them field by field. The mapping came back 40 for 40. We ran the interest form twice more, once with consent granted and once declined, and confirmed each path landed in the right place. In the live campaign, an agent who registered at 4:32 PM applied at 4:35 PM and was removed from the nurture sequence automatically the moment he did.
What carries over
Any business that sells a small number of seats, appointments or projects has the same shape: a clear first screen, one application, a nurture for the people who are not ready yet, and a hard stop the moment someone converts, so nobody gets chased after they said yes.
