Payne, Wynce & Hollor is an insurance agency that does not exist. We built it so an agency owner can walk through a complete sales system running on real software instead of looking at slides: six producers, a book of scenario clients, and every automation an agency needs from the first inquiry to the annual review. Every contact in it is fictional, and nothing it sends can reach a real person.

The Payne, Wynce and Hollor referral page
The referral page a client's friend lands on. It is a live demonstration: the form works end to end, and it says so plainly.

What is in it

  1. 112 published workflows covering intake, assignment, reviews by line of business, retention, referrals and win-back.
  2. 315 custom fields in 24 folders, organized so a producer can find a household's policies in seconds.
  3. Six producers, an eight-stage new business pipeline and 40 working tags.
  4. Fifteen scenario clients that trigger the automations on demand during a walkthrough.
  5. A live referral page with its webhooks verified end to end, and a full brand identity for the agency.

Why a fictional agency

A real client's CRM cannot be shown to a prospect, and a slide deck cannot show a workflow firing. A working demonstration can. An owner can watch a referral arrive, see which producer it routes to, and see what the client receives next.

How it is built

One agency account with many users, not one account per producer. Each producer's name, phone and calendar come from their user profile, so adding a producer means adding a user, and reassigning a client re-points every message automatically. Policies are stored by line of business in numbered slots, because a household with term and whole life, or three laddered annuities, is normal.
