The client is a residential painting contractor serving the Orlando area, shown here without its name. ElevAIte ran an AI calling campaign for them, backed by an AI assistant that answers and books by text. On a recorded review call on December 2, 2025, two months into the campaign, the company reported about $65,000 in new sales from the calling program since it started, with an average sale of about $3,000.

What we built
- An AI calling campaign that works the lead list at drive times, morning and evening, with calls paused on holidays.
- An AI assistant that answers by text, checks the calendar history, answers questions about the current offer and books the free estimate.
- Speed-to-lead follow-up for new inquiries: a text within minutes, a booking, a confirmation and two reminders before the estimator arrives.
- Territory routing for north and south Orlando, so each booking lands on the right calendar, and a separate workflow for a list of high-value zip codes.
- Do Not Disturb handling that stops calls and texts for anyone who asks, and a campaign to reopen open proposals before a January price increase.
The number, and where it comes from
| Measure | Reported |
|---|---|
| New sales from the calling program, first two months | About $65,000 |
| Average sale | About $3,000 |
The figure is the company's own, reported on the call and recorded with consent. It is not a number we measured: sales for this campaign were tracked across the company's field software and the calling dashboard, and some smaller jobs were taken on to keep crews busy. The campaign ran about two more months after this call.
Two conversations from the account
In September 2025 the assistant took a homeowner from a seasonal offer to a booked estimate in seventeen minutes, in the evening, without anyone from the office. When the homeowner thought an estimate already existed, it checked the calendar history before answering. In March 2026 a new lead went from the first text to a booked estimate in four minutes, then got a confirmation and two reminders. Both are transcribed, with names removed, on the home services page and the speed to lead page.
What we learned, and built back in
Homeowners picked the wrong side of town when they chose their area from a map, so bookings landed on the wrong calendar. The fix was to ask for the zip code first and route from that. Some homeowners booked online before the calling system had even reached them, which told us the booking link was doing its job and the calls should stop the moment a booking exists.
