Life Insurance Settlements, Inc. helps seniors sell life insurance policies they no longer need, and most of its business arrives through insurance agents and advisors. Those agents rarely think to ask whether a client's policy could be sold. ElevAIte built the tools and campaigns that put the question in front of them at the right moment.

The LIS book valuation tool
The book valuation tool: a quick estimate or a full audit upload, for agents who want to know what their senior clients' policies are worth.

What we built

  1. A book valuation web app with seven routes: a quick estimate, a full audit where an agent uploads the book, and the pages that explain what happens next.
  2. A policy review campaign with two landing pages and a one-page checklist that agents use at the senior client's annual review.
  3. Five CRM pipelines and the engagement workflows behind them, plus an appointment reminder workflow.
  4. Tiered re-engagement cadences for agents who had gone quiet.
  5. An email verification pass across the whole list in the first week of sending, and later fixes to text message consent.
The policy review checklist landing page
The policy review checklist campaign. The consent language on the form is written for the transactional messages the firm actually sends.

The numbers, from the CRM

Most of the list was legacy leads: agents who had come in through older campaigns and had long since gone quiet.

The two strongest emails were the first ones in the sequence, a plain reminder of who the firm is and a worked example of a term policy conversion, both opening above 55%.

Cleaning the list in the first week

In the first week of sending, we verified every address on a list of 1,946 contacts. 87.5% were deliverable and 9.6% were bad, so 219 addresses were silenced before they could hurt the sender's reputation. Every send carries a plain disclaimer that the material is illustrative and educational, and the text message consent is written for transactional messages only, because a regulated product deserves conservative wording.
