Rebuilding an advisory practice website for search and AI answers

Impact Solution Services is the Gettysburg practice that ElevAIte belongs to. Its old WordPress site had grown pages for services the practice no longer offered, loaded slowly, and gave AI tools very little they could quote. ElevAIte rebuilt it as a fast static site of 40 pages, with every old address redirected and a library of answers written around the questions clients actually ask.

What we built

1. A 40-page static website replacing the old WordPress install, with a hero image for every main page and motion that respects reduced-motion settings.
2. 56 permanent redirects so every retired page and old link lands somewhere useful instead of an error.
3. A library of 21 plain-English answers, each with a question headline, an author box and FAQ schema that search engines and AI tools can read.
4. Canonical tags, a sitemap, structured data for the business, analytics, and a cleanup of duplicate addresses so search engines index one copy of each page.

Built for a regulated practice

The practice works in regulated lines, so every page carries its required disclosures in locked wording. We verified every disclosure element on every page by script, and every internal link, before the site went live.

What carries over

The same approach works for any local practice: retire what you no longer sell without losing the links pointing at it, answer the questions clients ask in plain English under a real name, and make sure search engines and AI tools can read every page.
