Our partner InsuranceWebX commissioned a season of live education for independent life, annuity and Medicare producers: two paired webinar series, one that shows what changed and one where attendees build the fix on their own business. ElevAIte designed and built everything around the sessions, from the first invitation to the last follow-up text, and Nathan Hockley hosts them.

The brief
Webinars for insurance producers usually fail in the same two places. The invitation looks like every other vendor pitch, so the right people never register. And the follow-up stops at a single replay email, so the people who did show up never take the next step. The brief was to fix both, for an audience that is busy, skeptical of marketing, and bound by carrier and CMS rules on what can be said and sent.
What we built
- A series identity: title cards, a host panel and a signature gesture reused verbatim across every landing page, email, deck and replay, generated from one master file so nothing drifts.
- Landing pages and registration for both series, with registrations flowing into the CRM automatically and source tracking on every link.
- An email kit for each session: invitation, second send, day-of reminder and replay, in two versions for two lanes, tested for Outlook and Gmail with a render checker that blocks a broken email from shipping.
- A follow-up sequence that branches on whether the person attended, sends SMS only to people who gave consent, and delivers the take-home.
- An SMS reply agent that answers questions about the series from a knowledge base, and books a call only when someone asks for one.
- Replay pages with the recording, chapter markers and a transcript, plus a one-page take-home for each session.
- A sourced evidence base of more than 100 statistics, each with its source, year and reliability flag, and a compliance canon covering TCPA and CMS consent rules.

How it runs after each session
The session ends and the system takes over. Attendees and no-shows get different emails, because telling someone who missed it that it was great to see them is how a sequence loses trust. People who agreed to texts get an SMS, and when they reply, the reply agent answers from the session material and offers a booking only when asked. Every click is tracked per contact, so the next session's invitation goes to the right people with the right message.
What carries over to your business
The pattern is the same one we install for agencies and local businesses: one identity everywhere, a first response that is fast and specific, a follow-up that branches on what the person actually did, and a human who takes over when a real conversation starts. The webinar is just the event that sets it off.
See the output for yourself: the Learn library carries the written lessons, and every recording is on YouTube.
